THE SPANISH CONQUEST OF THE AZTEC EMPIRE
A small Spanish force has just arrived in the Aztec Empire, bringing with them a new religion, advanced weaponry, and dangerous disease. Not only do the Aztecs have to respond to the Spanish arrival, they also have to reckon with internal issues. With rival city states potentially allying with the Europeans, calls for new leadership, and the arrival of Christianity, the leaders of Central America now must come together to discuss reform, disease, and war before the continent falls into chaos.

Cormac is a sophomore and at the Center for Leadership, Government, and Global Economics. He has participated in Model UN for 4 years. Outside of school, Cormac enjoys running cross country, playing basketball, and participating in musical theatre. He is incredibly excited to be a chair for FREEMUN this year!
